Spending time in different work environments to learn more about the culture and specific practices surrounding mental health.
Recommendations

Based on needs identified in the analysis we will provide customized recommendations to help improve the state of mental health in the workplace. Recommendations can be presented in person, provided in a report or both
Training & Evaluation

Our consulting services ofter require training to update employees on new mental health practices from recommendations. We can provide a later review to track changes over time and provide insights into progress made
